Love this pedal.

So does anyone use gloves when tweaking this guy? Cuz it seems touching the metal (toggles, stomp) (or other pedals plugged in) adds to this singy whine that fades after a bit. Is that the "magic lift-off" mentioned in the bass demo video?

Besides that, this seems incredible. It sounds and feels so ..alive and organic. Like it's a creature that one must treat with special care and with that it will sing the beautiful song of its people to you

It's just two tracks recorded into pro tools with one panned partly to the left

Holy moly. This puppy has some SNARL. And the interface is amazingly intuitive. I've been loving tweaking it as I get someone to play guitar. And on keys it's out of the park. There aren't words to describe just the sheer character this pedal has. Such a blessed little box!

I've never experienced that? Weird. That sounds like a grounding issue to me. That should not occur from my understanding if all circuits are properly grounded.

Touching the toggles doesn't do it for me, but changing their position will definitely cause the whine to start up. Sometimes it settles by itself and sometimes I'll have to dick with the bias or the gain to get it to behave.

yeah that's the lift off sound. maybe yours is a little sensitive? could be your power supply or amp settings contributing? hard to say from here.

Been trying it in different set ups. Definitely not much of a problem in big amps as opposed to smaller combos. It's not really much of a bother now that we've come to terms with one another

To my surprise, my Pretty Years showed up today! It turns out there is NOTHING wrong with it. Sooooo....hmmm....wtf. LOL. Maybe my powersupply is shitting out on me? I know my One Spot recently did, that piece of fucking shit. So maybe the Voodoo Labs is finally going to it's grave? FML if so.

Anyway, glad it's back!
