If somebody wants to grab those PCBs, assemble in a superfancy enclosure and make a limited ILF run, i'd grab one
(i'd be happy to do it myself but, despite having started a couple DIY projects, i never soldered anything decent and now i don't even have time to think about it)
One thing at a time

Also: Ouch, postage charges from the USA are seriously expensive! Even the cheapest rate was over $13 to post a PCB? USPS are making a small fortune there!

I refunded you $8.
I have two options. I can let the computer do all the forms and buy all the postage. then it must go into a larger envelope to allow for the pre-formatted and pre-paid international shipping label. I call USPS to schedule a free pickup. I actually lose money at $13.56 because it does not charge the customer for the envelope only the postage. I pay about $0.30 if I buy bigger bulk flat mailers but right now I pay $1.50 each.
option 2. I do everything by typing it up, printing it, cutting it out, then driving to the post office 10 mins away to wait in line. this means I only pay like $4 or less. my smaller padded mailers are $0.05 if I remember correctly.
