ignore the circuit but Finally built a little test bed/beavis board copy (pretty much had all the spare parts for it anyway) to make testing builds quicker/easier/cleaner...

@KaosCill8r - Thanks, I haven't been building as many lately, but I do enjoy building them when I get the chance.

@imJonWain - Very cool. A good test setup makes things much easier. Yours looks really useful.

Thanks, I really appreciate that.

I get most of my caps from Mouser. Mouser has a great selection of them. I usually use Nichicon or Panasonic. There are other good brands as well, but those are my main two.

If you use enclosed jacks, you'll want to keep the height at 7mm or shorter. Lately, I've been pretty much sticking to the 5mm variants.

like 2 years back he sent this to Brett (burgerman).

"Hey Brett,

How you doing? It's been years since we talked. I got a question for you though. Do you now anything about a builder in your area called Toyroom? I just saw he's got Timmy clones up on ebay called "timmy G "Paul" pedal. Pretty creepy to have a cloner use my personal name like that...

Anyway - just wondering if you know anything about them.

Take care, Paul"

You could perhaps change the name to "fucking long wait overdrive"

The only reason I used that name is cause my name is Tim G... So I replied saying it was even creepier of him to name a pedal after me in the first place.

Just a repaint, but I still thought I'd share (feel free to direct me to a paint job thread if there's one around)

Walrus Audio Deep Six comp -> Technodrome comp :joy:
