I recognize that Maladroid! I finally register for ILF and the most recent page includes that beast. What are the odds? I'm glad to see those inset tubes, too.

Animate that audio.

That is awesome. I don't know much about those 3D printers. How long does it take to print something like that out?

That's hi tech right there. Mines on a piece of wood hanging on a rusty recycled roofing nail.

There are a lot of variables that determine print time for a given model. The slower you go, generally, the better the quality of the finished print. And you can decide how dense it should be, which has a massive impact on time. And about 50 other parameters.

The way I set this one up (strong and dense enough to handle a full solder spool), it took about 2 hours.

finally finished. :joy:

Knobs are: CV level, Freq, Resonance, Sensitivity, Range, Attack, Decay, Input level, Output level.
Switches: up/down sweep for the envelope follower, and HP/LP/BR for the filter.

Also, has EXP input for Freq, as well as the CV input. I usually spend a ton of time getting stuff lined up nicely, but this time I tried to be a little more "artistic" with knob and switch placement.

I'm working on getting a simple wordpress website setup so I can post schematics and build info for some of my stuff.

It's been a long time since I've posted anything. I built this for a friend of mine. Pretty happy with the way it turned out:

I didn't take any internal photos as I went and it's a super ugly amp but.... I picked up a Pignose g40v cheap a few months back and liked the size/volume of it but haven't been super stoked with the sound so I decided to do a few mods I found online to get it sounding more Fendery... It basically sounds like a higher gain Fender bassman now, as good as? probably not but close enough that for under $200 I'm stoked. I just need to find a good reverb pedal now... New speaker would probably help but It sounds decent enough and I'm using an external cab anyway.

The mods are marked below in Red and super simple for how much better this thing sounds now, it's also super quiet now due to a few grounding fixes/improvements.
