what gig was that?
i went to go see mouthus, which were fucking excellent! I should try and get a picture of their pedals next time.
Boss Slicer, EHX HOG, EHX frequency analyzer, uh.... + 10 other pedals for the guitarist
and a table full of stuff for the drum machinist. sounded really rad.
completely different sound then their last show at cool fest
but still wicked rad and huge.

dunno mouthus. sounds like they've got their gear in check though!

I went to see film/burn/drone at l'envers. it was thisquietarmy first, then ricardo's (ghost limbs) new band, then dave's projections and ambiences. it was him and a couple other people from godspeed/feu therese (roger, alexandre, jonathan) and some people I don't know. and now I have a headache.

Here is the image that my graphic designer friend created for the pedal.

They're old RCA knobs. I think they're made of mojo!

Here's a Rangemaster I built for a friend. He's kind of a perv, so he's calling it the Thighmaster. I think it fits in with the other names my pedals have had haha... Fur Burger, Camel Sutra, etc.

As a little bonus, since he's 100% Texan, I used a beautiful specimen of a mil spec Texas Instruments 2N1305/7332 germanium transistor. It even has gold plated leads. I told him not to pawn it.

Image

I really, really like this pedal. I am definitely building another for myself. It cops all sorts of classic 60's and 70's rock tones.

That's a clean looking build right there. How did you start making those pedals? I'm tempted to get some equipment and build some easy pedals.
Do you like listening to homemade music? Me too. Why don't you try one of mine?
