Had put this Madbean Egghead Overdrive board together AGES ago but never actually put the pedal together. I fucking HATE overdrive, but this one is actually really awesome and sounds pretty natural. Dime the gain and the tone all the way up, really awesome grind to it.
I try to refrain from posting here so as to not be spammy but I had a ton of fun with one...
A custom build I just finished. I'm calling this one the "GMT" or "Gamut Meet Tonebender". It's a Tonebender MK II into a Gamut with external biases for both circuits, a bi-color LED, and a knob and graphic layout that happened to work in my favor. Lots of fun and a LOT of germanium transistors

do you screen print on those enclosures yourself or get them made?
Here are shots of Delta's Fuzz Face. As close as I could get to Emanating Fist/Black Acid Specs. Mojo caps and resistors where I could. BC109 silcon transistors, socketed for good measure. Also put the focus/pregain control on it too, it's a nice way to clean up how filthy this thing gets.
Hey Aaron, can you shoot me a sketch of the layout you used for PTP'ing that rangemaster you did? I'm about to make one myself and make sure I get the layout correct.
I just followed the schematic - same with that fuzz face. Best place to start is input and output caps and work your way in. With the FF it was nice because I had a ground rail as well so it made those connections super easy.
Gotcha. I've been using the Pidgeon FX layout but I've been getting a little confused. Might just look at a vero layout and translate it on paper a little better for myself.
What are the 4 controls on the FF? Volume/Fuzz/Tone/Bias?
