But seriously, the first 12 minutes of MPIE is one of the most accurate summations of dealing with people who absolutely don't 'get it' as I've ever seen in non-fiction.

Also, Radiohead is awesome. You guys are cray.

Come at me, nerds.

I didn't even know Radiohead was "a thing"

I thought they were one of those bands that play a lot of crappy festivals where people jump up and down and there's a beach ball, like Everclear or something....

Dude, yes yes yes.

I just started listening to the Feelies a couple of years ago. That album and all the other ones are really really great. Just GOOD songs. Love that band. I just within the last month have been listening to Galaxie 500. The first record reminds me of that Feelies sound.

My Dad saw Coltrane with the classic quartet and with Alice when he was a young chap. Coltrane is a real man. Read some good books on him.

I don't listen to Trout Mask as much as Shiny Beast or Doc At the Radar Station, but Frownland is my favorite song by him.

Dude, fuck yes! Torture Garden kinda slays everyone/everything. I always wanted to use Bonehead as my alarm.

I say start with Bambi's Dilemma or Cell-Scape if you aren't immediately grabbing onto the more grindcore-y stuff.

Also, I took the worst fucking picture of Rika in the world. It's somewhere on another hard drive. That timing.
