Electro Harmonix Hog 2 opinions?

What's the scoop with this pedal? I'm a total bitch for pitch and synth fx and this unit seems like the daddy to me right now with the super tasty filter and freeze/gliss capabilities (note i've been looking at getting a superego too). Sounds nice and organic to me too.
I know it's enormous in terms of pedalboard real estate but does anyone have this pedal and love it? Anyone had it and hated it?
Also are there any demos out there that showcase something a bit more out of the ordinary being done with it? There's a ehx rtg + hog2 demo on YouTube that's brilliant.
How does it deal with a fuzz signal on the input?
