It's 'cause he plays violin.

Yes, you are correct. He first had it listed about a year ago.

He's raised the price by a hundred dollars.

I thought I did but then was like, "maybe not, but I think maybe I mentioned it to Chankgeez?"

I guess that means this happens now:

About a month ago I got the RingWorm pedal. I am really impressed with it so far. I like the difference from a the Moog and Zvex I got. I was never impressed with the YouTube videos I saw of it. Yet at a local shop they had it new for $170 and I figured I would try it out. Glad I did. I think it’s kind of nice not to have carrier bleed and the different wave forms are really versatile.

Is a crazy tube an opamp?

7:14 for about 20 seconds maybe

I think it's just a speed switch on the trem (ring = faster) and the tap becomes momentary? More like a slicer I guess.

Seems interesting. Sounds like it has some potential. He didn't really get very far into it. :snax:

Well Curtis of RMA came through with the most gnarly over the top, drenched with filth and madness ring mod I've had the pleasure of playing. As seen in the GAS thread this device is pretty impressive. He's not lying, it's really intuitive for how overwhelming it looks at first. I've spent a couple hours this evening with it and discovered all kinds of sounds.. the fuzz mode itself has a seemingly endless range of possibilities, and then you go to ring mod mode and blend in .. so good.

I've just scratched the surface
