cheers dudes!

got the G&L in a trade, turned out to be the best guitar related desicion i have made. I love it. its pretty beat, lots of dings, and im pretty sure that one ding is teeth marks haha. but its the best guitar i own.

The sovtek i bought red, dont know why they did it. but its kinda nice.

I need more pedals, and a nice pedal board but im getting there!

picked up a 70's Traynor 2x15 for $120 last week. I'm using it "for now".
I love 2x15s.

The Traynor is all original. Very good condition for $120, that's for sure. The guy I bought it off of had two of them for sale, but sold one of them before I could get there. He said they sounded best together.

When I'm playing at my house, it's loud. When I'm playing bass in my new band, it's not-so loud. The cab is 180 watts and my head is 140. When I'm playing in a band situation... the amp is cranked, probably 3/4 of the way up, sometimes higher. But I do roll back the gain knob quite a bit after I do that, because around 7-8 it starts getting gainy/distorted. It sounds REAL good though, I just wish the cab was more watts, or I had 2 of them. That's not to say it wouldn't be loud enough for other styles of music.. just the stuff I'm playing is based on volume more or less.
