Nice knobs, did you put those on or are they now standard? I got one too. It was delivered yesterday. Finally I got my hands on one. Hehe.
I had one from Univalve for a while so I already know how and where I like it - at the end of the chain, trim around 9, bass noon and treb maybe 1 or 2. Depends. I love how well it works as EQ and you get the bonus of dirty clipping when you dig in or engage one of the other evil units. It's lovely.

I got it directly from Doog. It came with those knobs and the light is hidden under the sticker (so you don't see it when the pedal is not on... that's cool). Mine is painted white under the sticker... don't know if they all like that...
My favorite setting to date (setting 1 sound a bit like a germanium big muff, setting 2 is like an overdrive that is clipping softly):

I tried it before other fuzz and od, but not after... will try it soon... sound like a good idea.
EDIT: I will try your setting... sound tasty.

Sorry, I just saw your post... Yeah he still make them. Moog Audio here in Canada just received a batch of them... and MusicToy have them stock. I got mine directly from Doog.
