I was thinking it would be cool if this delay also had all the waveforms and tap option that could drive other pedals too like the Cosmi and Trem and anything that works with CV. Like a CV master-station plus powerful stereo delay.

Waveforms are really easy nowadays, Syl, with the digital chips that are available. When you see a pedal with tons of waveforms it's just one digital chip, a micro, programmed to put out all the different shapes.. I've got a few here lined up for my CV box and the new delay. I've never used one of those chips in the Trem or Cosmi before because I like keeping them 100% analog but I'm getting over that.. now I like the idea of a 100% analog pedal that can accept digital control.. that's powerful.

So yeah buddy, waveforms!

The chips that are available can do things like sine, triangle, square, ramps up and down, and ideally, random. All on a 16 pin micro.. plus the micro can do tap tempo and then you can use that with other pedals as a CV input.

That's one of my favourite ways to use the Goatkeeper as a CV box... with it's random output. Really cool and fun! I'll be trying very hard to make sure the micro I use has random...

I'm as excited as you all for them both especially because of the CV function thing.
We will need a CV box controller too. :joy:

Cosmi is almost here... but for the delay it may take a while.
Let's wait and see.

Cosmi is the first chorus I've actually given any thought to actually having on my board
