:omg:    BEST GUESS YET!

No one's called it yet... :) It's true that there are five diodes (plus an LED clipper not shown in the pic) and an IC chip. But it's not entirely dirty--there are also some cleaner settings on this thing.

And most importantly...the PCB works!!! I'm totally psyched about this one! :animal:
Just gotta figure out more details, like price and when to release. Might have to put it off a bit, or rework the line a bit to focus on best-sellers and make room for this thing. More details soon!

Five Diodes eh, I could only spot 2 but it's kinda blurry, i'd be inclined to suggest a Fuzz Hugger Compressor... Clean & Dirty... LED to show it clipping perhaps? Or something like a simple Fuzzy Octave Up, Clean but with a touch of Upper Fuzzy Ringmod to it... But with that number and set of components... well it could be tons of things.

Do I win with either of those guesses?

Well, we do know that Tom already entered the world of octave up fuzz with his take on the Foxx Tone Machine for the ol' Pedals for Peace auction... I think his was the Big Gay Fuzz, maybe? So an octave or ringmod doesn't seem like too much of a stretch... but he could also have all kinds of secret tricks going on behind the scenes... he's sneaky, that Tom Dalton...

Good calls on everything (though it's not a compressor)...with the number of components, it's going to be a bit more expensive.

A FuzzHugger pedal that does octave up would have to DEVOUR the Foxx Tone Machine.

I agree! So we can expect it in... June, maybe? ;)
