Holy Mother of Balls... now with a clip!

So between Sonidero's new jawn and this, it's clear that Tom is the lord & master of all fuzz:

Tom and I have been working on this concept (on and off) for almost two years now. He's been a total saint about my ridiculous requests, even when figuring out the mechanics of this layout nearly killed him.

What is it? Well, basically it's a tweaked-out Fuzz Huger with a blend-able parallel Lab Ratchet. With switchable tone controls and clipping options for each circuit. How does it sound?

Seriously, this thing is nuts. I have never heard such a high-gain fuzz that can be so articulate and responsive. And it's shockingly quiet between notes - it should be a veritable hiss factory, but it manages to be amazingly controllable without sounding gated. And obviously, the range of sounds available out of this thing is absolutely huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge.

I'm gonna try to record some clips this weekend.

EDIT: Here is a clip! It is way shorter than it should be! I could play this thing all day! In fact, I have been! It's absolutely beautiful! I can hardly wait to play it through my amp! I LOVE EXCLAMATION POINTS!!!! Signal chain is Jazz Bass > Abomination > Fast-Track Pro > Garageband. NUCKIN' FUTZ!!!!!

Ha! I'm afraid to open it up. Don't want to let out all the magic!

Tom said that it started out really neat & clean, but got a bit more hectic as he had to troubleshoot all of the weird tweaks the circuits required.
