No scam, several people have got theirs already. Many of us, myself included, are still waiting though. Some updates from Eric as to when the rest of us will get them would be nice.

Eric is a stand-up guy, and he seems to be building these in batches; so we'll all get ours eventually. But I too would like an update, any kind of update :mope:

Eric is also pretty consistent on FaceBook... too bad he can't pop in here and give us an update. It's apparent he's busy with other Mellowtone 'business' but seems to be pushing the Supa Chan's under the rug. I'm starting to feel like I pre-ordered a freaking exotic car or airplane and am on the waiting list, lol.

This must be what it feels like to order a Klon...except this pedal does more and is a fraction of the price...

...I like mine with marshmallows.
Not those tiny dehydrated astronaut marshmallows though, the ones they only give you like four of. Come on.

I know it's hard to wait.
Have you been in touch with Eric directly? If not, it's probably better to talk to him about your complaints than to air them here.
It was pretty clear from the beginning that this wasn't going to be a normal business transaction. I don't get the "bad business" accusations. His business sales are through his dealers and he delivers a quality product. This was just a fun forum deal. It was always pretty obvious that he was just making this stuff up as he went along and didn't really promise anything.
