new polypus and gyroscope, now with toggle

toggle up the ratio works like a normal rate control (no tap), toggle down is tap tempo ratio works as multiplier of the tap. On the way to prymaxe vintage

Does the ratio do anything when the toggle is up?

yeah, when is up is normal rate/speed when down controls the multiplier of the tap. The tap switch does nothing when its up, and down is to be tapped twice to set the tempo.

Also added the toggle on the gyroscope, so toggle up the ratio is a normal rate/speed control, down is tap tempo and the ratio controls the multiplier x1, x2, x3, x4. x8, x1/2. Also tweaked a bit to work with bass, the previous versions were a bit subtle and didnt go low enough

Well gee, it seems so obvious when you say it...I don't know what I was thinking when I asked that question. But now I know!
