Bogner probably has a lot of money.
They do have an Ecstasy amp, and when they came out with an Ecstasy pedal, even a big company like Wampler had to rename their own previously existing Ecstasy pedal, which is now the Euphoria. Don't know if they really had to, or if they just did it to comply, same as with Dwarfcraft/Shiva.
